Precisie metaalfabricage in staal en RVS

CB Customs biedt een volledig scala aan metaalfabricagediensten. Van laser snijden en CNC buigen tot TIG-lassen en afwerking — wij leveren precisie metaalbewerking voor elk project, groot of klein.

Alle fabricage vindt plaats in onze eigen werkplaats nabij Amsterdam. Elk project wordt vooraf geëngineerd in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) om precisie en kwaliteit te waarborgen. Wij werken in staal, RVS en speciale legeringen.

Onze Fabricage Diensten

Laser Cutting

Precision laser cutting for steel and stainless steel sheet and plate. We handle complex geometries and tight tolerances for architectural, industrial and custom projects.

Metal Bending

CNC press brake bending for accurate folds and complex profiles. From simple brackets to multi-bend enclosures, we deliver precise bends in steel and stainless steel.

TIG Welding

High-quality TIG welding for clean, strong joints on steel and stainless steel. Our TIG welds are finished to a high standard for visible architectural and design applications.

Stainless Steel Fabrication

Food-grade and architectural stainless steel fabrication and finishing. From kitchen equipment to architectural cladding, we work with all grades of stainless steel.

Prototype Fabrication

Rapid prototyping from 3D CAD to finished metal parts. We use SolidWorks and Fusion 360 to engineer parts digitally before laser cutting, bending and welding the final product.

Architectural Metalwork

Facades, cladding, structural elements and bespoke architectural features. We collaborate with architects and designers to develop steel and stainless steel solutions that meet both aesthetic and structural requirements.
